Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How do I make an order?

– Navigate to a product you would like to order from our store

– Select size and the “Add to cart” button will appear. (Note: you can view our Size Guide chart to ensure you have selected the correct size)

– Select quantity if you wish to buy multiple products (default is set to 1)

– After you have hit the “Add to cart” button, you will see a sign like “Bella baby blue leotard” has been added to your cart and an option to open your cart. Follow the link, if you want to check out.

– If you wish to add more products to your cart, go to products and repeat the steps above.

– If you wish to Checkout, go to your cart via the sign above or the cart icon bellow (if you are using handheld device)

– You are now in your cart. If you have a coupon code – please type it in for a discount or a free shipping and press “Apply Coupon”

– Fill in the required fields such as Name, Address, e-mail, etc.

– Select payment method and complete your order

Congratulations, you are all set. An e-mail will be sent to your mailbox with details of your order.

When an order can be returned?

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your items must meet these requirements:

  1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. Not washed!
  4. Not ironed!
  5. Not damaged!
  6. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

An order can be returned due to one of the following reasons:

  1. The product has manufacturing defects
  2. The products do not match the products from your order
  3. The products are not the size you have ordered
  4. You are not happy with the color
  5. This is not the product you wanted, even if it matches the order

For cases 1, 2 and 3, the shipping expenses are covered by us.

How do I return an item?

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be match the requirements described in the above question.

To return an item you need to fill in the form here and submit it, before you ship the product back. Our team will review the return request and will get in touch with you to discuss the next steps. If your request is approved, you will be provided with a template to fill in and add to the shipping package.

How do I get a refund?

Once we receive your item, we will get in touch with you to discuss the issue and agree appropriate refund/charge back option. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or a credit you might use in our store. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

How long until the item is delivered following successful payment?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

Can I return a sale item?

You can return an item that was on sale only if it was wrongly shipped by us or if one of these is met:

  1. The product has manufacturing defects
  2. The products do not match the products from your order
  3. The products are not the size you have ordered
